CHARLOTTE, North Carolina---Gas-Fired Products, Inc. has transferred its Corcho product line of vent-free gas heaters to its wholly owned subsidiary, SunStar® Heating Products, Inc. in order to better coordinate and support its marketing and distribution efforts to the LP gas trade.

SunStar Heating Products, Inc. currently manufactures and distributes industrial infrared, ceramic and tube type heaters, construction heaters and outdoor patio heaters. Corcho is the newest addition to the SunStar family of products. The Corcho product will add the SunStar name and now be branded the SunStar Corcho.

Frank Horne, Jr., President of Gas-Fired Products, Inc., noted, “It’s the same Corcho product, the same Corcho dependability and quality, and the same industry leading 10-year limited warranty. All that has changed is the name. We just combined the Corcho product with our other SunStar products to provide better support to our current marketing and distribution efforts.”

The SunStar Corcho product will continue to be manufactured in Europe by Bosch Siemens, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of home appliances. SunStar Heating Products, Inc. will support all Corcho products with a full warehouse of parts and products.
The SunStar Corcho Vent-Free Gas Room Heaters provide a full product line including both infrared and blue flame models rated from 6,000 to 30,000 Btu/hr. Each heater incorporates an ODS (Oxygen Detection Safety Pilot) and is CSA design certified.
